1. Irrevocable Safety and Biological Integrity
Due to the pristine unadulterated nature of our Açaí + Protein formulations and strict adherence to Food and Drug Administration safety standards all sales are strictly final. Once a product leaves our climate controlled vault its chain of custody is officially broken. To unconditionally protect the biological integrity and safety of our community we maintain a zero return mandate for all consumable goods. No exceptions are entertained for changes of mind or buyer remorse. This policy ensures that every client receives a perfectly secure and untouched product.
2. Precision Storage and Protocol Compliance
The thermodynamic stability of our formula is guaranteed for up to eight months from the production date provided
the premium aseptic glass seal remains unbroken and the product is stored in a clean climate controlled environment
at room temperature absolutely shielded from direct ultraviolet radiation and extreme heat.
Activation and Refrigeration: Once the hermetic seal is breached the formula activates as a fresh biological consumable. It must be refrigerated immediately and consumed within the elite timeframe specified clearly
on the label.
Liability Waiver: Failure to strictly adhere to these clinical grade storage parameters immediately voids any and all claims of spoilage or quality discrepancy.
3. Transit Preservation and Architectural Damage
We engineer our packaging to withstand logistical friction. However in the rare event of transit induced compromise such as a glass fracture you must initiate a damage protocol within exactly forty eight hours of the official delivery timestamp.
Requirement: You must email marilene.elage@elageinternational.com with your official Order ID and high resolution forensic evidence including clear photographs of both the external shipping carton and the compromised internal glass architecture.
Resolution: Upon rigorous verification by our executive team Elage and Acosta Import and Export LLC will deploy a replacement protocol or issue a proportional refund at our absolute discretion.
4. Authorized Quality Audit and Return Merchandise Authorization
In the highly exceptional event that our executive team authorizes a physical return strictly for laboratory analysis via an official Return Merchandise Authorization the following rules strictly apply.
Client Responsibility: All secure shipping logistics and costs for authorized returns are the sole financial responsibility
of the client.
Forensic Evaluation: The returned asset will undergo a rigorous internal quality inspection. If our laboratory detects tampering protocol violations or improper storage no financial reimbursement will be issued under any circumstances.
Risk of Loss: The client assumes all legal risk of biological degradation or further physical damage during the return transit process.
5. Financial Architecture and Refund Clearance
Approved reimbursements are routed securely through your original payment architecture to prevent fraud and ensure compliance.
Supported Gateways: We process refunds to major credit and debit cards including Visa Mastercard American Express and Discover as well as approved digital wallets like PayPal Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Timeline: Elage International clears approved refunds within five business days. The final posting of funds to your account is subject to the internal clearing protocols of your financial institution which typically require an additional five to ten business days.
